What happens to what you send.
This covers the early access form on this site and nothing else. It's short on purpose.
What we collect
Only what you type into the early access form: your name, shop name, email, what you sell, how many items you sell in a month, and how you track sales today. Anything optional you add is saved too (a mobile, Viber or Messenger contact, where you sell, your shop page link, whether you're open to a call and a good time to talk, and your notes). We also save the site you came from, like a link's utm_source, so we know which post or page sent you. If you tick the box, you're agreeing to be emailed about early access and product updates.
Why we collect it
To decide which shops to onboard next, to contact you about early access, and to send occasional product updates. You can ask to stop the updates at any time. We don't sell or share your details.
Where it's stored
In a private database on Supabase. Nobody can read it from the website. To stop the same person flooding the form, we also keep a scrambled version of your IP address (a hash with a secret salt) that can't be turned back into the address.
Who sees it
Only us, the people running early access.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after you send the form if nothing comes of it, whichever is first.
Asking for deletion
Send us a message through the early access form, using the same email address and say what you want removed. You can also ask to see what we have or to correct it. We'll reply within a few days.
